Best digiscoping phone adapter

Looking to see what you guys use for digiscoping with your phones? I have found a few that work with Iphone or Android but wonder if anyone has found one that is adjustable for both the spotting scope and phone???

I constantly have a new phone (part of my job) and want to get a mount that is adjustable if possible.

Check out the S4 universal set up. Multiple phones in one set up is nice.
