What's the current pick for a ~$500-600 can these days? I was thinking about an AB A10 7.62 early this year but ended up with some scope purchases that burned up that fund. It will likely live 80% on an 18" .223 AR and split its other 20% between various 6mm and .223 bolt guns. No need for QD mount, 5/8 DT for this one.

I've not paid attention to this category for the last 6-8 months, is there anything new out there I should be looking at? Seems like new stuff is popping up all over the place in the categories I've been watching (Unknown, Airlock, etc)

I have been absolutely happy with my Raptors (a 6 and an 8) but have no need for a $1k ti can for this application.

I'd prefer to not have a super large or heavy can, the 5.5-6.5", 12-14ish ounce A10 or OCL Polonium is where I think I want to land.

Silencershop availability is a significant plus, but I am not opposed to Capitol or other vendors (other than Silencer Central of course).

I think the A-10 is a great choice. My AR can is a Griffin Recce. It’s nothing spectacular, but I like it.

PS - I’m not looking to start a fight, but I haven’t had any issues with either of my Silencer Central cans and the barrel threading they did was first class. The local law enforcement approval was super slow, but apart from that I had zero issues.

I really like my polonium 5.56 on my 22 arc gas gun!! I also really like my A10 7.62 on my 223 Wylde gas gun! And the A10 5.56 on my bolt 223. I’ll soon have the polonium in 30 cal to go with my 5.56 polonium. You won’t go wrong with either one!! Also bauer precision has 15% off right now with code FALL and the carry both brands as well. Another to look at is the Diligent Defense Enticer S, it lives on my 22-250 and i love it!! Probably more than any of the other’s above. I know Unknown had issues with theirs but i absolutely love mine!!

Huntinfool as you have both, which one of those suppressors have you liked the best? They both seem to be good, similar, and economical options.

If you know it’s a <6mm and under usage the wolf hunter is worth a look. It’s a STi with some smaller baffles (not all I hear) and smaller end cap so it performs a bit better on 6mm and under.

Of the 4, Enticer S.
Bolt guns - Enticer S, AB 7.62, Polonium, AB 5.56
Gas guns - Polonium/AB 7.62, Enticer S, AB 5.56
If i could only pick one, I’d buy the Enticer S, AND the polonium 😂 and then the AB’s.

If I’m going to the range, the Enticer goes! They are all good, i just like the Enticer the best, the LTi is even better though……

The polonium does so good on the 22 arc it does not come off to try on other guns.

These are all high back pressure cans, so on a gas gun you will get a face full of gas on a multiple firing string.

I’ve yet to buy the smaller end caps but i plan to at some point.

Wolf Hunter is on my short list but it has to wait until after the reaper!
