Spent a summer in Homer. Great beer. I was a big fan of the China Poot Porter and the Scottish ale

caught many salmon out of China Poot creek

I live in western Washington where there is breweries on every corner haha. That being said i have been enjoying Skookum brewery in arlington Wa. Within 50 miles of me there is probably 40+breweries

...and you I can’t beat the consistency of Busch Light for a mass produced domestic lager.

I’m not a Wisconsin native, resident, or routine visitor. However, I passed through there a few times and don’t know if I ever tasted a better been than this...

I am originally from PA however and concur with Yuengling. Been doing it the same way for 191 years and there isn’t anything quite like it on a hot day.

Altamont: Maui Waui
Alvarado
Dust bowl
Cellar maker
Knee deep
Moonraker

there are really good beers all over this state. That’s about the only great thing about it...

The most consistent on good beers is 3 Floyds. Sun King is a solid second. Backstep in Crawfordsville is local to me and solid, but not super exciting. That said, I can get a growler filled for $10.

However, the absolute best is what I brew myself. Long live the legion of homebrewers.

In Mississippi, you'll find it hard to beat Southern Pecan by Lazy Magnolia Brewing. Natchez Brewing Company's Bluff City Blonde is pretty good too.
