If I am wearing a ball cap most of time it's one of my Sitka gear caps. I bought a couple of there stretch fit caps last season and I like them a lot.

I'm with Hi Line Hillbilly! Stormy Kromer's are the best I've found. They have them in all different colors and styles. Most of mine (I have 6 SK's) are either 100% wool or their wool blend, all of which work well for cool to very cold weather. I've used them for the past three years hunting elk in CO. Yeah, you may occasionally be mistaken for Elmer Fudd but, the warmth and comfort are well worth a quick laugh or two. They are guaranteed for life and will be replaced even if lost or stolen when registered.

I'm not a huge fan of the regular Sitka caps (they look dorky on me), but I really like their stretch fit caps. I have both the Lead colored hat for everyday wearing, and one in OC that I usually wear while hunting.

I wear the heck out of hats and the KUIU Tiburon cap is my favorite, wish they would make a few solid colors.

Thanks,

I wear stormy kromers have one In green, camo, and blaze orange. Used to wear my roughy fitted hat but when it rains that hat doesn't stay very warm. Also have a core 4 element merino beanie I can wear under my hats if needed it's really thin. And sometimes even wear my felt cowboy hat depending how the weather is during the season. Not much fun packing a soaked felt hat on ur head all day cause they don't dry the greatest in hunting camps.

Another vote for the Black Palm Syndicate flexfit hat. I've got several in Multicam and they rock.

Another good one to consider is the First Spear Forager hat. It's 100% nylon so it doesn't hold water. It's got a bill that folds, which is nice for packing, and it has ingenious slots for putting the eye pieces of your sunglasses!

Another for the Black Palm Syndicate hat. I'm a hat junkie and it's my favorite one I've ever owned. Really high quality material and construction.
