Best 4L Hydration Bladder?

Is there a four litre bag that is compatible with the Hiker Pro water filtration hoses for direct filling that will last and tough enough that poking holes in it is difficult?

No idea about the compatibility with your set up, but Source bladders are totally bombproof. They top out at 3L though.
I've beat the crap out of them and they keep on ticking. I lay my 45 lb training ruck on top* of my LowPro 3L all the time. No leaks.
*its inside the bag with a 45 pound plate.

I gotta agree with this. Although the only bladder I have ever used is a source that came with my marine assault pack but I have beat the heck out of it.

I have Source bladders now and they are okay but I have had em develop small holes and leak. I need a 4L bladder.
