Best 25 Creedmoor rifle under $1500

Want to get one, just can’t decide. Not debating the caliber, just want thoughts for rifles under $1500. Maybe the best answer is wait until a few more makers start making them in 25 cm.? Thanks!

Tikka with a preferred prefit, $1200 bucks. Krg echo stock $300. Pretty hard to beat that for the money

But yeah. The best shooting guns come from good barrels on reliable actions.

I’d spend money on a proof, preferred, or bartlein barrel. Then spin it onto a quality action. I like the tikkas.

I went the Tikka route but lots of rifles available. I think just about all the majors offer one now.

I had an Aero Solus with a factory barrel in a KRG Bravo. Ordered an HCA 20” 25 CM prefit. I spending way more on this build, but to get that action shooting a 25 CM…the barrel and go/no go gauges are all I needed to get shooting.

Rebarreling a short action you already have is probably the cheapest route…if you have and action you’d be willing to change up.

If your wanting to stick to a factory rifle, I think some of the new weatherby 307's can be had around that price and they seem like nice rifles

I was looking at those as well...thanks for the input. I've never shot/owned a Weatherby....
