Best 1 Person Tent???

Set my 1+ up in the shop today to have a look and so far very impressed, couldnt stake it down but it was very solid. i think ill add 2 guidelines to the centre crossbar and it will handle everything ill put it through including some lite snow conditions.

edit to add i was very surprised how roomy it is and how well the vents line up, think a slight breeze will push all the condensation right through, massive doors and heaps of vestibule space.

If ur trying to go as light as possible a tarp is the way to go. MLD Solomid has been great for me

If both locations have trees, get a hammock. ENO makes a good hammock, hammock bug net and rain fly. you can use a lightweight sleeping pad as your insulator and your regular sleeping bag/quilt. I've camped into the high 20's this way.

Hammock keeps you off the ground which protects you from a lot of issues.
