Has anyone used the Bell & Carlson after market stock? I am thinking about a spider Webb version for my Browning 300 WSM.

They are a good value. The aluminum bedding block fits well. Not the lightest, slimmest or stiffest but probably the best for the cost, and better than factory plastic for sure. They compare to HS precision for less. I have two, one on a 300wsm and another on my daughters 6cm.

I have the LVSF version and it’s light for the price at 29 oz. I have another on a Remington, as above they are a good value. I’ll have more of them as needed, cheap upgrade

I've used B&C stocks on several M700 and Model Seven rifles. To me, they're the perfect size and have been a true drop in product on every rifle I've put them on. From my experience, I've had better luck with them than the overpriced and overhyped McMillan edge filled stock that I tried.

Oh, the other nice thing about BC is they don't have a ridiculous 6-12 month wait like many other companies. Usually get one pretty quick (of course c-19 could have changed that )

I am going to order one and give it a try. I have always liked the look of them.

I've had 5 or 6. They all required a little sanding and I epoxy bedded them. I like them for the $$$

Ordered a B&C sporter stock for a howa (brown w spiderweb finish) this morning and it already shipped this afternoon... impressive!

I installed a B&C stock on my Weatherby Vanguard .30-06 a few years ago. I really like it. The feel is fantastic compared to the plastic stock that came with the rifle. I bought the Weatherby Montecarlo B&C stock and it had a raised pad at the front of the barrel channel that made contact with the barrel. My rifle shot 1" or less groups with factory ammo. I have since sanded off the pad and opened the barrel channel to free float the barrel all the way to the recoil lug. I'm installing a Seekins Precision SRS rail as soon as it comes. My rifle also has a Timney trigger and I had to dremel a small area because the adjustment screw interfered with the stock. The action is not bedded but I'm very happy with the groups I'm getting for shots under 300 yards.

I think the only negative I came up with for the stock is that it is a little heavy. BUT, the felt recoil is much less because the stock is more rigid, heavier, and has a better recoil pad. I have a Redfield 3-9x40 scopes in 1" Talleys and the whole package (minus ammo) is 8.1 pounds. I mainly use this rifle for hunting out of tree stands.

That sounds like a very nice rifle!

I like it. I was really surprised by the accuracy out of box. It's a really nice rifle for the price.

I'm looking to add a Tikka T1x in .22LR to my collection and I will probably add a B&C stock to that. Will most likely be used as a target/squirrel rifle.

I put one on model 70. Fit was good out of the box. I did bed the action which was way easier than I thought. Shoots 1.25" off a single front bag at 215yards (range limited). I did have to add a stock pack to get my eye alignment correct. I really enjoy shooting the rifle.

I've had a few of them, usually the ones that fit the older Remington Mtn rifle barrels. I like them OK, some don't like the grip since it can be a bit on the thicker side. But if you get one with a slimmer grip its not a bad stock for the price. Here is one I still have, its actually what came on the 1st Gen Ti rifles.

Installed my Seekins Precision SRS rail just now so I can use my new Atlas bipod.

You should post pics!
It came this morning and I didn’t like the color. The brown was darker than pictured on their website and almost had a purple hue... I already sent it back to them to swap it out for a tan/black spiderweb combo in the same stock. The stock seemed really high quality and I’m amazed at how quickly they got it to me... I’ll post pics of the new stock when it comes in.

I just ordered my second B & C stock in early March and got it in less than two weeks. That included a custom ordered length of pull. I really like the looks and feel of them and they are a great improvement over the Tikka plastic stocks.
