Jaret is sending me the large and the compact as of today, but for those of you that have them, so you archery hunt and does it affect your draw at all?

Becca, does your set up ride lower because of preference or is that how they sit? I had seen a YouTube review and his looked like it set up higher on his chest, just out of curiosity.

Just went and drew and shot my bow with mine on,, had no effect. At least with my setup, the string comes into my armpit and well anyway from the chest pack.

I archery and rifle hunt but can't draw my bow now as I've got a bulging disc in the neck.. Otherwise I'd let you know. I don't foresee an issue with it though, it's more wide than deep. Hopefully I'll know in the next 6-8 weeks.. Also, I adjust mine to ride high, it's easy to adjust.

I have both the kuiu and a compact AGC, I like them both compared to the others I have owned. If I was forced to chose between them I would take the AGC for its simplicity and durability. It's well made and wears solid with no bounce.

Jaret sent me the regular and compact to try out. Im mainly a bowhunter but didnt like the compact version as much as the regular (i figured it would be the other way around). I also didnt like the elastic and hook as much as the buckle for the top lid. Its a great product, no doubt.

Holy Cow......that's the "compact" version? Looks like a daypack strapped to your chest.
It's no bigger than a FHF or kuiu (worn both). I have a pair of 8x32s in there right now. Becasue of that there is not alot of depth to it. It's pretty flat, which I'm guessing is making it look wider than normal...

Anyone have a good solution for rangefinder carry using the AGC? I'm in the market for something for my more compact Swaro 10x30's, but need to integrate rangefinder carry.

Take a look at my picture. I have a FHF rangefinder pouch on the right side. I have the pieces of velcro ran through the buckle so it doesn't slide. Works like a charm.

Rick young not so great with heavy binoculars. I've also tried standard crooked horn, nimrod and under arm carry. I'm looking for protection easy access and light super small package. Someone will build this soon I hope

I have been using a Sitka Bino Bivey for a while and really like it. It is small and compact. 10x42s fit perfect but I believe 50s would be a no go.When you first get it the zippers are tight but after a little loose they are very easy to zip and unzip. I don't use the harness I have it attached to my pack straps. It is easy to disconnect in the heat of the moment.

The under arm carry is fine for most of my hunting needs and provides as much protection as I need. The only time more protection would be nice is when I'm in the belly crawl. But again, when belly crawling the last place I want something is on my chest.

That and she has to work around extra body parts. :)

Pretty much the reason Steve gave ;)
For my body size and shape it's more comfortable for me to let it ride lower. Luke and most of the guys I know prefer it higher...the beauty of it being adjustable is that you can wear it however you want. No wrong way to do it :)

My Leica 1200 RF fits perfectly in the front zippered pouch of the AGC (regular size). When I need it more readily accessible for a final stalk, I put the RF lanyard around my neck and just tuck the RF behind the bino pouch so it doesn't flop around. Works great for me.
