bear proof coolers

I would like to invest in a bear proof cooler for elk hunting this year. I have never owned one. what have you guys had good luck with? what makes a GOOD bear proof cooler?

One that passes the grizzly bear test at the wolf and grizzly discovery center in MT. I didn' t know it was a real test until we went there. I'm not sure where you can find a list of ones that passed, but they don't all make it....

looks like most need padlock or bolting to make "bear proof"

I have a Rovr and yeti. With a pad lock both are supposed to be bear proof. I like the Rovr better because of its big tires.

Along with the cooler you should get bear proof locks.

I got a nice set from bearbolts.com

They don't require keys or a combination. Certified by the bear guys in Montana.
