So a self serving Eco Tourism operator got the G Bear season shut down so they had more bears to 'View'- wow.

Forget proper management practices and letting wildlife pros balance and manage the entire eco system...."We make money from Bears"...so they got them.

This is so clearly biased its ridiculous.

Feel bad for you guys...hang in there...these emotional and political attacks on hunting are indeed short sighted, and head-in-the-sand wildlife management at its worst. I doubt the good folks of B.C. would vote to ban commercial logging, mining, gas drilling, fishing, or other industries that impact bear habitat and food sources...

A whole lot of lower mainlanders...Vancouver plus Victoria...would ban logging/mining/gas drilling and pipelines to bring LNG or oil to market....besides hunting. Disconnected from nature and wildlife management too.
