Basic Camcorders? (Sony/Panasonic)

Looking at the 2 listed below. It seems the Panasonic has better features. That being said, I know both about them. I’m just looking for something very basic for recording video and this is what I came across. I’m also open to suggestions I. The $300ish range if there is one I’ve missed. Thanks.

They have the same size (small) sensor and neither can be equipped with an external microphone. Only the Sony can be equipped with a wired remote in case you want to self film from a treestand or tripod.

What would you recommend (and why, I’m really new at this) for outdoor activities that could be put on YouTube? Closer to $300 the better. And I understand that may be a very hard task. Thanks for the response.

If you don't need 4k then try one of these. They don't make them anymore so you'll have to try ebay.
