Good to know its not just my phone/appYes!
Lots of recent issues. App was not functional. Had to remove it and reinstall it. Lost all of my offline maps in the process.
Have had glitchy functionality since. Both on my iPad and iPhone.
Lost trust in the app and not happy about it.
Guys count on these to get back to the truck w/o service, pretty upsettingMine was locking up all summer. Reported it several times; the last time I was told if I was using the App in 3D and closed it a lockup was occurring. They were working to address it, supposedly.
im running 6.1.3 Several guys are having the same issuesHey fellas if you are having any issues let me know happy to help. Hit me up with a DM and I can give you my number to work through any issues. There was an issue in early July with our iOS release but we have pushed several since then and any major issues appear to be resolved. Just make sure you are on the latest release in app store.

yeah I dumped my app and reloaded it, lost my offline maps, had to download them all again.Had this exact same issue in July, had to delete and re-install, lost all maps. Has worked pretty well since I reinstalled it. That said, I’ve also noticed most waypoints all have the same basic logo and none of the individualized logos or colors show up on the map.
Several times the app would not even open… no way to place it in Offline. From what I understand from OP it sounds like the app was becoming unresponsive, possibly crashing, while in poor service areas. So basically going in and out of service.
I'll head out to my local nfs and try to replicate so we can diagnose and fix. In the meantime, my suggestion is to put the app in offline mode if you are in an a coverage area like this.
This will force the app to act as though there is no signal, even though your phone may get signal on and off.
