Base Map app issues

Any body been havining issues with app not working? Signed up in February at a show, quiet often when I go to open and use app it doesn’t work. App will start to open than go back to home page. Have had to delete and re down load 4 times to get to work.
Have tried emailing them a few times with no replies. Can’t find a phone number. So far not to happy with app or service.

I haven't had any issue's.

I have not had issues with basemap and as mentioned above their CS is stellar.
