Lots of discussion on this lately, looking for real world answers to a few questions.

Looking at sitka heavy wt hoodie, sitka core mid weight, stone glacier chinook LS, or first lite wick LS. Looking for solid colors so anything without solid color is out. Hood is plus or minus but mostly minus. I dont need hoods on all my layers. This will mainly be a non-hunting base layer, but also want some flexibility as multiple people hunt at my place and use similar sized clothes.

Already have a sitka light weight hoody in black for early season, and fanatic hoody for hunting.

Questions:
1. For mid to late season, which of these will work best for warmth and also moving moisture, in a situation such as skiing, hiking, doing work?
2. Which of these would give a cool to skin feeling vs a warmth feeling?
3. Durability wise, which will last longest or show signs of wear quickest?

Thanks for your help

everyone should have a kuiu 97 1/4 zip hoodie..
I do agree. I myself have 97 pants and 97 top. Along with 145 merino bottoms and fuse top 200 weight I think. I have to use both for different circumstances.
