Barrel vise and action wrench rental?

My 7 PRC Proof prefit just arrived for my Tikka T3x action and need a vise and wrench to torque it on. Is there a place that rents these tools? I’m in the Vancouver, WA/ Portland, OR area if some one has the tools and would be willing to help I’ll bring the beer.

I’m of the opinion that the items will pay for themselves over time so it’s worth buying them. I’m in the process of switching a Ruger 260 to a 6.5 creed and am purchasing the tools I need.
