Barnes 50gr TSX In a 1:8 Twist 22-250

Hello, first time poster here. What has been your experience with the 50gr TSX in a fast twist 1:8” Tikka T3? I intend to hunt deer if it will group decently. I am shooting the Barnes factory loaded ammunition. Thanks in advance

I have shot the 50ttsx in a 1-12” twist 22-250 and it did a marvelous job on deer. You should only help expansion and penetration by going up in twist rate.

Yes sir after the shot we went on a 40 yard death run. No blood tracking required. I have the hunt on film. I’ll post the link

Just tried some in a 1:14 tikka, sub inch groups, but the rifle shoot .28 with factory so its not really a 50gr barnes fan, might be my twist rate.
