Just a quick "Thank you" to the staff at Badlands. I needed to replace a broken buckle on my day pack and followed the instructions on their web site. They got back to me right away and will be shipping it out on Monday.

Definitely makes me want to purchase more of their gear with that kind of customer service!

This is good to hear. I own 3 of their packs, just sent my first one in to get repaired it got there yesterday. Will see how fast of a turn around they do as Im sure with season approaching they are probably getting busy.
