Badlands Gear thoughts

I really like my badlands gear. I shy away from their wool, for the same reason mentioned above, I am not sure what percentage wool it is. I have the ion pants, flex hoodie, uintas vest, bino case (which is great but really loud to close if you are not careful). I like their shirts because I have long arms, and most brands only come to above my wrists. Badlands is actually long enough. With a black ovis merino base, the flex hoodie, and the uintas vest, I have been out in the low twenties and teens moving comfortably. When I stop to glass, I throw on a puffy jacket.
FWIW I did an experiment a ew years ago with Smartwool to see how much wool needed to be there to be able to wear something pretty indefinitely. My conclusion was that if the piece was newer, it was about 45%. So I shoot between 55% an 85% wool now, since the composite wools are so much more durable, and I don't see hardly any scent differential- esp for shirts over 80% wool.
But I wore a 45% wool shirt for a week and it didn't smell. I think I wore it for 11 days before my wife asked me to change my shirt because it was embarrassing her.
