Nice buck, shooting one out of the yard isn't much work here in CO. I don't know how anyone could do it. Its like shooting your dog. Sadly, the record books and such are filled with "Front yard hunts" turned "Wilderness".

Thanks again for all the positive comments- glad everyone enjoyed fantasizing about finding this stud in the fall

TO CLARIFY- I will not be hunting in my backyard haha. It's actually fenced in and definitely way too small and part of a little neighborhood- this guy was hanging directly behind the fence. I will, though, be hunting about a mile and a half as the crow flies from my house, at least on a few of my days.

Also, unfortunately I have not seen this guy show up again
