Backbars and such

Who has a rear stabilizer and how do you like it. How long, how much weight and where is it mounted? What kind of stabilizer and what kind of mount? I am looking to get one for 3D leagues and bowhunting so I don't need or want one excessively long and looking for some input.

I only shoot back bars on my 3d & target rigs, and set the weight to offset the sight & accessories...8" side bar, 10"-12" stabilizer.
