Happy to report that my son harvested his first big game animal - a cow elk. He made an incredible shot after missing the first 2 days due to an insane ice and snow storm that resulted in heavy snow.
He practiced and practiced and finally saw the fruits of his labor.
My best friend was with us and captured all of it on video.
I blooded him - a tradition my dad passed down to me.
I must’ve been allergic to something - my eyes couldn’t stop tearing up.
I don’t think I’ve ever been more proud.
This crowd made some of our success happen - really grateful for all it!
