AZ man killed by black bear

What left this?
Longtime listener, first time poster. I spotted this scat in AZ Unit 22 around 5k ft elevation. Rolls are about 2.5 inches in diameter and have some fur in them. Is this bear scat? Mountain lion? Looks too fat for javelina. Was near water.

Yeah. That was me. Not gonna try to explain the fur.

Bear probably. I don't think lions really eat acorns and whatnot.

380 lb bear is no freaking joke. What a freak attack tho. I think most of us have seen/been near a lot of black bears. Never an issue, I guess till it’s not.

That attack sounded savage, revenant like. Sad.

Bear.

Always in bear countries most especially if you live in the suburbs but people don’t listen

Tough way to go. May he RIP.

I often think I can take a small black bear in combat, but I could be wrong.
This little guy wasn't afraid of humans or my 2 hounds. He turned and gave me the stink eye.
