AZ loyalty point

In AZ do you have to apply for a specific tag/hunt 5 years in a row to get the loyalty point or can you just buy a bonus point for 5 years for certain species and get the loyalty point? can't seem to find the answer on their website.

From my understanding, both will get you that loyalty point

you only need to apply for that species every season for 5+ in a row. So you can apply for antlerless one year, bull archery another year, muzzleloader another year, buy a BP another year and bull rifle another year and get your loyalty point.

Any combination, 5 consecutive years.

But you do have to keep applying to keep it. You lose the point if you skip/miss a year for any one species. Hence why I don't have a bear loyalty point. Then it will take another 5 years of applications to get the loyalty point back.
