If you need a license, buy now and set the start date to Feb 14, write down the license number, then apply immediately.
Also, this is the 1st year of the cycle.
You will get 2 years off the license for the Elk draw. If you apply for all species, you will get 3 years from 2 licenses buying last day of 2023 Elk, then last day of 2024 Deer app periods.

1st license; Elk 2023/Deer 2023/Elk 2024
2nd license; Deer 2024/Elk 2025/Deer 2025
3rd license; Elk 2026/Deer 2026/Elk 2027

It's in the brochure along with the hunt codes, assuming you just mean total permits per unit.
