Axis 5mm vs RIP TKO (should I go lighter TAW?)

I used almost this exact arrow for three years and broke two by robin-hooding them:
Option 2
TKO 300 28", lighted nock, wrap, 4 max stealth, 50g HIT, 125g broadhead. TAW 477g / 280fps

I now use HLR and break one almost every time I go to the range.

This combination is the most forgiving arrow-vane setup I have found after testing eight different vanes in 3 and 4 fletch.
