Trying to decide which one is the better option. Looks like the btr gen 2 has the stainless zero stop that the Midas tac has. Glass I thought was the same and the only major difference is illumination which I could care less about for this application. This is a going on a loaner 6 CM for NRL hunter games so not looking to spend on better glass. Need to stay with 30mm tube.
I believe there is a gen 3 btr soon to be released and I think a Midas tac pro is also in the future. That said I wanting to try and get one 2nd hand and didn’t want to lose out on a deal by going back and forth in my head regarding pros and cons. I’m leaning toward the btr at the moment. I had a gen1 and for what it was and for the $450 I paid I thought it was really good. Would like to hear real world comparisons. Thank in advance.
