Asking for reviews for Circle K Ranch in CO Unit 71 for Muzzleloader Elk

I have been in contact with a gentleman named Mike Davis that recently purchased the guide business at Circle K Ranch and I am considering a guided horseback hunt this year. I have 1 preference point for Colorado Elk.

Does anyone have experience with Mike or Circle K and would be willing to share a review with me? Just trying to do my due dilligence.
