Arrow wraps

Have a question going to try some arrow wraps. The wraps do not completely wrap around the arrow is this going to effect anything?

Sounds like you got the carbon arrow size which are not as wide. You should be able to find the wider ones. There are also companies that will make them what ever size you want.

Adding weight to the back of the arrow can have an effect on flight because it both increases total arrow weight and reduces FOC balance. Depending on your setup, It will most likely not be very noticeable until you get out to long range.

To answer you question no, it will not affect the flight of the arrow not having the wrap overlap itself. It's just going to look goofy. A standard 6" wrap only weighs 8gr approximately. It's really not enough weight to adversely affect an arrows FOC and diminish arrow flight.

Okay thanks guys. I will be putting 70 extra grains up front to give me about 14% foc.
