What aluminum arrow do you guys think would work best with this bow?

Whats you DL, and how much tip weight do you plan on using?

I have some 2317's sitting around. Are those way to much for my bow to handle?
My 2317's with a 100 gr. tip weight in at 571 grains.
2016's of the the same length (according to my calculations) would be ~435 grains.
Almost a 140 grain difference.

I'd do some bare shifting to see if your form is decent. I'm a carbon guy; so not too up to speed on Aluminum.

2317's will be too stiff. The 2016's should be close but 2018's may be better depending on point weight and shaft length

Those old AMF Wings are sleepers. I had a little 58# one that could keep up with most new bows of today (string material aside).

I would agree with tater, I would shoot bare shaft to see how the arrow flies with the 2016s. 3 Rivers has an arrow spine calculator which will get you in the ball park for arrow spine.

I have a couple 50lb bows - a Southwest Spyder and a DamonHowatt hiSpeed. Both like these combos:
2219s at 29.5" with 225grain broadheads
2117s at 29" with 175 grain broadheads
The 2291s go about 675 grains total and the 2217s are like 615 I think.

Agree with Tater and Greg -

My guess is a 2018 with a 125gr point/standard insert will be close (assuming 28" draw and ~29" arrow length).
Bare shaft tuning will tell you a lot about spine, nock point, and your release!
