Yup.. needs to be draw for non-res. A few years ago when they started this and requiring quotas in general, many eyes were opened. Azgfd really had very little idea how many deer were being killed each year and how hard certain units were being hit.

I had somebody asked me a few days ago when they could get their OTC tag, told them 'NEXT YEAR"... They just shook their head!
