Headed to Arizona for a late season archery hunt, curious what I should look for as far as a food source? Antelope bush prevalent there?

Thanks.

Depends where you’re hunting....desert country I’ve seen them eat barrel cactus, prickly pear fruits, and a small reddish shrub that grows about 8” off the ground.

Higher elevations, cliffrose if it’s there.

I am currently planning at trip in this same area, was curious to how the weather was and if there was a lot of camping available?

January? Frigid mornings in the teens often, typically pretty nice throughout the day 50s on average maybe?

Plenty of camping but not many “camp sites”

You can pull off and camp anywhere on national forest for the most part

Yes in January. I’m from Arkansas and this will be my first trip out west to hunt, very excited and didn’t really know what to expect! Have been e-scouting unit 27. Seems like it is a productive unit to glass up mulies? Thanks for the information!

Not a problem, deer are not too hard to find, getting a shot at a solid buck is a whole other story!
