Arizona late archery Elk

Hit him good. 30 yds steep steep angle. I can hear air from here. He’s 50 yards can’t see him.

Man it's tough to stick an elk in the late AZ hunts. Congrats to you guys. I've hunted the late hunts many many times and not much to show for it. Always find bulls but it's soooo hard to close.

Nice job!

6 hour approach complete with box canyons and cliffing out. Current 50 yards above where he was last seen in the brush. I talked myself out of it 6 times coming up... just never give up. Fingers crossed

Congrats!!!! Persistence

OK - tuff question? Now that you have tag that animal what is the plan to get it out? Hoping you have help!

Jeez - wish I owned a helicopter!

Exactly. You have helpers haha

That what I am saying I really wish I had a helicopter!!! I could probably borrow my neighbors drone but that certainly wouldn't do the job....

So OK... you seem like a well organized and we know you are determined! So you had to know you were going to tag so I am sure you have a 'get out' plan :o

It is a long ways to Cody where you could recruit help but it is even further up to Moscow, ID - do not think I would be to successful recruiting help to get down there...
