I appreciate the sound panorama! Agreed there will probably be UTV noise where I'll be, hopefully not too much. I should have said Gobble Yelp or Kee Kee for the fall turkey noises. We'll see what the turkeys say this year. Just happy to get another opportunity to get out in the woods.

I highly doubt you’ll have any issues in that unit at all especially if you stick to the Santa Rita’s. You’ve got a ton of country to learn, good luck!

I went down today with my dogs to get out of the house and do some initial scouting, and you aren't kidding about the country.

Not easy terrain, at least not where I went. But I at least have gained some familiarity, and a general plan that I will explore more on my next scout.

Just drew my first Coues tag

I'll be doing the October hunt in Unit 34A.

Following up here on the Fall Turkey hunt. Our group of hunters filled all the turkey tags by Tuesday morning. Five for Five, was a good hunt and clearly a good year for turkeys up there. We saw well over a hundred turkeys in a couple of days.

Out last two weekends helping on elk hunts, saw hundreds of birds both weekends. They're everywhere this year.
