Tucson Samaritans | Humanitarian Aid in the Desert

Tucson Samaritans provide water, food, first aid, and other essential items to migrants who cross the border in southern Arizona. Our goal is to alleviate the suffering of people who are making the arduous journey to a better life across the harsh Sonoran desert.

This is the one that puts gallons of water, food, and blankets in milk crates. There are piles and piles of trash around them. Can’t miss them. Sad to see from a wildlife standpoint.

They make the effort to suppy water out there, but don't bother picking up the trash when they go back to restock??

It’s bad, really bad. The amount of trash is disheartening. This is just one of the groups that does this.
