I had one for both 7 PRC and 6.5 PRC. I actually got rid of them for a different reason.
I bought them due to exactly what you said, (no clickers as per 419s description). I also wanted to try the pull through mandrel to eliminate a step in my brass prep process and avoid messing with different bushings. I found that the downstroke on the press to pull the mandrel was obnoxious trying to get the mandrel pulled back through that I just didn't want to mess with it and I would just continue to use a regular mandrel after sizing.
I tried lubing the insides of the neck etc. and couldn't really get it to where I liked it.
For what it's worth, I have switched to Redding Type S Bushing Dies (which best I could tell size all the way to the base, but not positive). I sized some 2x fired 6.5 PRC with 419 and Redding and the measured base diameters were identical.
