I’ve had several of the Leupolds (diff series) and have not had any issues as of yet. In my experience it is usually the complaints that get air time. Not a fanboy, as I have other brands as well.

That might be true. Try a tall target test if you have any that dial.

I don’t think they are dead. A scope full of additional information is pointless if the user doesn’t know how to or care to use it. With that being said, I do prefer something that has a floating style reticle or cross with zero stop turrets and possibly some hold overs.
