Are Coues considered White Tailed deer on Rockslide?

Yes, they are definitively classified as a WT Species by AZ Game and Fish Biologists. Jim Heffelfinger in AZ has written many articles on the subject and conducted many DNA tests to prove the lineage.
You can read up on them here - https://www.coueswhitetail.com/

I have been lucky to take 2 - a Hybrid Coues/Muley F1 50/50 cross in S AZ that was HUGE....and then a book Coues this year as well.

I asked if Rockslide considered them different as there is no separate page dedicated to them, all other N American deer have their own pages, thats it..

No, Sitka blacktail and Columbia blacktail do not have separate pages; though Boone and Crocket separates the two. Similarly, Boone and Crocket lists whitetail and "coues' whitetail" separately.
