I've been shooting a 13lb 6.5 creed on one.
Id say it depends on the legs your using as well.
The ligh 634 legs aren't that stable so its gonna rock with the recoil some.

I guess as long as the rocking is consistent then its OK. Maybe the weight of the tripod helps with recoil too?

Its great, but id probably compare weighs of its for a hunting rifle.

One idea is to use one stock for practice or tactical shooting, then have another carbon stock for mountain hunting. It's expensive to buy two stocks, but way cheaper then two separate rifle and scope setups!

We even have some guys that put our ARCA and gunsmith adapters on the same rifle so you can utilize any support system without changing anything
