AR-15 quick release ring recommendations?

Do the better quality quick release scope rings/mounts hold zero? I am looking for recommendations for an AR-15 platform if anyone has positive experiences.
I have seen recommendations for Seekins, Night Force and Geissele rings, but nothing specifically for quick release

I'm a big fan of American Defense Manufacturing for their QD products. Spuhr is another good option but their mounts are heavier.
