The problem is that states keep trying to get similar laws passed that have already been struck down by SCOTUS. Unfortunately there are no consequences for blatantly going against their oath to uphold the constitution.

Guns, what guns? I lost those years ago. But, if by chance I did have some I would never turn them over. Thankfully I live where our sheriff is firmly against anything anti 2A.
The reason these problems are here is because of the implants from our southern state. They won’t stop moving here and bringing their baggage with them. I don’t ever plan on moving and this is no rude awakening. Californianis have been ruining our state for years.
That’s a silly question “will you turn in your guns?” This won’t take our guns or 10+ round magazines.

All currently owned firearms that would be restricted going forward are grandfathered in, but if that wasn't true my answer would still be no. Where it will screw people is that you no longer would be allowed to carry a gun with over a 10 round mag, you'd only be able to use those grandfathered guns/mags on private property, at the range or in the woods as far as I understand
That’s my understanding as well. Makes sense to let criminals carry/use whatever but those of us who want to defend ourselves need to be limited. Genius.

Love the geography as well. Nothing better than being two hours from the coast or dry desert, 45 minutes from the mountain. And five minutes from my favorite steelhead fishing. But the people here just keep getting worse.
I didn't read it. I don't care that much. The next law might be the one, who knows.
Unfortunately, not caring is what caused this mess. This bill should have never had a chance considering how crazy it is
