Apex trigger kit for SW sd40ve

Has anyone put on one of these trigger kits. I have this pistol but want to lighten the trigger/ reduce travel. I’ve had this for a few years and just want to see if it helps. It’s fairly accurate now, but always wanted to see if I can make the trigger better. I’ve got a smith and Wesson m&p shield performance edition as my other pistol. I’m planning on getting a glock at some point but this pistol has been pretty good for me.

I don’t have any experience with that particular trigger, but I can say that Apex makes phenomenal triggers. I have one in a P320 and two in Glocks. They rock.

Good to know. I tend to analyze things to much and should just do it, considering how long I’ve had this pistol!

Pic shows the APEX in my 2.0 w/ 10K+ round count. Has proven excellent for the duration.

Have you considered using your spare buck$ to upgrade to a 2.0 or G19 in 9mm? If you sold the Shield and the 40 cal you could enjoy one ultimate carry/range gun + dollars in your pocket.
