Anyone know of any public land aoudad hunting in Texas that isn't impossible to draw for? Or a decent priced private land hunt? I don't know much about aoudad hunting or hunting in Texas in general.

Define "decent priced"
I don't know of any worthwhile(odds) TX public hunts.
I had got pricing on just access in TX and it was still 2-3k if I remember right.
You could probably get a ewe hunt for cheap(I've heard 500).
NM has OTC tags, about $370, but it's a hard hunt for a NR. I spent a few different weekends out there and never saw a sheep.

I saw a place advertising DIY aoudad for 290.00, they were really small in all the pics though. Might be high fence, it didn’t say. Get in the aoudad groups on Facebook and see what gets advertised.

Hells Bells just read an article where their shooting them from helicopters in Texas, the ranchers bitch about the animals everywhere but dont want no one hunting them unless you mortgage your kids for a hunt. My advise stop hunting the western animals for about five years and then those folks will be paying you to kill them nasty grass eaters.
