Looking to find someone who has worked on the development side... trying to get a better feel about time off and things like that. I am currently at a place where I get 30 days of vacation and comp time after crazy projects. I never get the time to use all my vacation but when a good tag comes up I can disappear for a couple of weeks with getting hassled, many times with bosses saying just use comp time. RTO stuff. Shutdown week etc. Have option to go any major site, not doing the spaceship, though i know i will be there monthly. Just pm me if you'd be willing to chat.
