Anyone use Bear Paw Outfitters in WA?

I'm looking to do a mountain lion hunt this winter and I live in eastern Washington. Because Washington has been ruined by liberals they don't allow dogs, therefore I've been looking into northern Idaho. Bear Paw Outfitters is pretty close and they appear to have a pretty large operation going on. So far they haven't been super great to work with. Difficult to get in touch with and they haven't followed through on the information I've asked for. Just wanted to see if anyone has any experience with them before I throw down a deposit. I'm also open to other guide recommendations in the area. Thanks
