Slapping one of these on a Tikka build.

What are your thoughts between these two stocks? Both seem pretty highly liked. Manners weighs more, not a big deal. Peak 44 has a 13.25 LOP, Manners is 13.5, which I like better, but 1/4” isn’t a deal breaker either.
I felt the Peak 44 in person, no complaints, never had hands on the Manners.

Price and weight aside -

Any preference either way?

For whatever reason I really hate the grip on the eh1, other than that it was an excellent stock. I haven’t had a bastion to compare it to but did have their blacktooth and I have to say that probably had the best fit and finish of any stock I have had to date. If the lop on the bastion isn’t a deal breaker it’s probably the route I would go, it’s just a little shorter than I would really prefer.

There’s a whole thread on the peeps that got in on the presale for the McMillan stock. Seems that is about 5-7 months out for initial delivery to my recollection

@TheViking, another option you might consider is the McMillan Game Warden LR. It is available in a Tikka inlet, and, unlike the Manners or Peak 44 which are supposed to be bedded (or in case of Manners, ordered with the mini-chassis) the GWLR is supposed to be drop in. I have handled one a couple of times at Unknown Munitions and I really liked the feel of it.
