This boot wasn’t released yet when this was posted so not sure how you tried this boot.

I’m picking them up for a lighter goat boot. The flatter sole makes these far more crampon compatible compared to the Aequilibirum.

I got them in mid July in US. I thought they were a bit stiff for my use case, so they went back. I could see how they would def work if using crampons.

I was referencing Acharenio .. yes, they are stiff and meant for the alpine!

I have the older version I was using for years and like them a lot. You get one year out of the GT then have to treat them.

Now they changed the design so I don't know about these.

I like that they had 14 1/2's fit me perfect.
