Thanks but need one that doesnt have a middle support so i can fit over a wheel well.

The one in the OP's picture is a true "Truck Bed" cot. Only 4 legs at the corners, none in the middle so that it can ride over the truck bed wheel wells. The cot WeiserBucks posted has legs in the middle which won't allow it to sit over the wheel wells.

Look at the brand Disc-O-Bed. They make what you want. Lots of different sizes. Not cheap though. And you'll have to buy a mattress for it, which is easy. Only thing to check is the height to make sure your clear your wheel wells.

I use the Roll-a-Cot 5’6” version and cut the legs down a bit for more head room in the back of my Crewmax Tundra. Wish I could fit a 6’ instead but one of those yellow top storage totes at the foot lines up pretty well

This is wha I have in my truck bed sleeper setup.

With 3” leg extensions (call or email them to order those) I can fit my off-road recovery gear bin under it too.
