Anyone in U.S. have experience with Swazi?

Specifically in regards to the shipping, customs, and customer service to the U.S.? I've had my eye on some Swazi gear for some time now, and just saved up to pull the trigger but I wanted to see if anyone had experience with them and the shipping process.

Their website said that there could be some customs related fees when shipping, but they weren't able to say how much they were going to be. Has anybody shipped with them before and know what kind of ballpark we are talking about here? $10.....$50.....$100+?

How long did shipping take for you?

How is their customer service. do they work with you? Are they difficult?

Any insights wouldd be appreciated.

I looked up customs fees from NZ to US and it said the average is 5.63%, does that sound about right to anyone with experience with them?

Swazi is solid, shipping wasn't too bad timewise.

Got a fleece hoodie from them a couple years ago during one of their sales. Paid like 25 bucks and zero ship.

Good deal.
