Been tempted to kill a skunk for a couple years. Keep chickening out at full draw with my longbow when I run into them in the dark though. Sure would make a cool quiver...

Which red dot do you have one there? Is it a direct mount into the rear site holes or do you have an adapter?

Trijicon RMR, forget the exact model.

Has an adapter that uses the rear site dovetail.

Looks like a madd Mac’s DT 2.0 mount. Sits about as close as you can get to the receiver. They make them for several different footprints. Really nice mount.

You’re welcome! Agreed, I’m the same way. Also makes it much easier to find a holster for it than mounting the dot over the ejection port.
